Payment: We currently use Pay-Pal for all our transactions this way we can accept all major credit cards, Pay-Pal, and e-checks. You do not have to be member of Pay-Pal to purchase from this website for this is an optional feature of Pal-Pal. Pay-Pal is hacker safe and should work out best for all of us.
Shipping: All orders will ship out on Tuesday through Friday with a one day processing period. Sorry about the slight delay but school still has to come first. All rocks will be shipped in a very strong box with lots of packing to ensure a safe trip. Shipping charges will be added after the selection of the rock by pay pal. We are currently only shipping to the continental U.S. We can also arrange for local pick up and in this case the price will be adjusted to remove the shipping cost. Please email or call if this is the case. Please note that orders over 80 lbs will require additional shipping.
Shipping Fish: Live arrival is guaranteed on 1 day shipping only. In the case of dead fish upon arrival (DUA) a picture most be sent to my email address within an hour of receiving the fish. On each DUA you account will be credited for the amount of the fish for your next order. Shipping charges in the case of a DUA will not be refunded sorry. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. All orders will be charged a $6 shipping surcharge to cover box, foam, bags, heat packs if needed, and etc. I ship fish in Kordon breather bags to allow for safer transit and also I use bag buddies to calm the fish.
Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase you may send the item back the same way it was sent to you within 14 days. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact me first if this is the case and we will see what the other options are. For all returns the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways unless there is an error on my part. If a problem occurs please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to make things right. Your business means a lot to me and I will do whatever we can. In the case that one of your rocks arrives broken, you are now the owner of 2 rocks. I have found that 100% pure silicone will work perfectly to place any rock back together.
